When buying a used phone, it’s worth asking the seller whether any apps were blocked on it, and keeping your receipt.

I bought a second-hand phone and Snapchat says it’s blocked. What now?
Short answerPeople report that a device block can stay with the phone after it’s sold. Contact Snapchat Support, explain that you bought the phone second-hand and when, and include proof of purchase if you have it. If you bought it recently, also contact the seller.
