How do I appeal a Snapchat ban or locked account?

Short answerUse Snapchat’s official routes only: the appeal option shown when you try to log in (if there is one), or Snapchat Support through help.snapchat.com. Explain briefly and politely why you think it’s a mistake, include your username and the email or phone on the account, and send one appeal rather than many.

Snapchat says appeals are usually reviewed by a person and that you’ll be told the outcome. It also says repeated or unfounded appeals can be deprioritised, and in some cases appeal review can be suspended for up to a year, so one good appeal beats ten rushed ones.

Keep a note of the date, any support code shown, and any ticket number you’re given.
