Should I record in 1440p or 4K?

Short answer4K for the most detail and room to crop; 1440p to save storage. For phone-screen viewing, the difference is small.

4K is 3840×2160 pixels; 1440p is 2560×1440, about 44% as many. Higher resolution means bigger files and more heat on long takes.
